I believe that in order to be a good producer I need to understand every crew members job,
the unit assistants and the runners, the cinematographers, gaffers and grips, and even
the directors and actors.

How can I understand the value of my people if I don’t understand that which they value?

This is the philosophy that drives me as a producer, to do everything, and learn from
everyone, to go into each production armed with the wisdom and knowledge
that I have gained from each and every specialist that I work with.
